Last night I was engaged in a discussion with a friend of mine who was introduced to "The Secret" which is nothing more than simple R+C teachings in a more watered down format/ We were discussing how the Cosmic makes manifest our desires if they be for the greater good as well as my describing the Mystic Law of the Triangle and how EVERYTHING can be seen to follow this principle.

Before going to bed last night during my attunement of self with the Celestial Sanctum I was struck with the following insight into the image of the Rose Cross.

Now while we Rosicrucians as an Order do not attribute any religious meaning to the R+C I personally have found a VERY significant religious meaning to me as a Traditional Catholic.
Throughout the history of the Catholic Church one of the Blessed Virgin Mary's titles in Her Litany is: "Mystical Rose"

The Holy Cross upon which her Son died and sacraficed His life for humanity is also given to us by Christ Himself to "pick up" and "follow after" Him. The Rose (heart of Mary) is united to her son's sacrafice on The Cross and thereby creates the R+C.....

Now not only is the R+C a reminder to me to continue my striving for Self Mastery but it has also become a profound religious symbol for me as well.

The Rosicrucian teachings are in NO way the foundations or doctrines of a religion, cult, sect, and does not require a specific code of belief or conduct.

Rosicrucians come from EVERY cultural and religious background.

Being a Rosicrucian does not in any way require you to leave your church, join a church, or change your religious beliefs.
